  • Print-on-Demand: All our products are custom-made to order through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is unique and created specifically for you once an order is placed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. Include a description of the error and photographic evidence.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for non-defective items based on a change of mind, as each product is custom-made to order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email us at ELKADIRIMINIFARM@GMAIL.COM within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will then provide you with further guidance.

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

5. Refunds and Replacements

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Replacements: If the item is approved for replacement, we will process the new order as soon as possible.

6. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for all returns. We do not cover return shipping costs.
